The Football Ferns at the Olympics

Amber Hearn in action during the 2012 London Olympics. The Football Ferns won this game against Cameroon 3-1, which meant that they reached the quarter-finals. The game was held at the City of Coventry Stadium.

Amber Hearn represented New Zealand 125 times during her career with the Football Ferns between 2004 and 2018. She played at two FIFA Women's World Cups and three Olympics. Her 54 international goals are the most scored by any New Zealand footballer – male or female.
