The article complains that Mau supporters are making a mockery of the New Zealand administration in Samoa. It goes on to describe how an attempt to arrest Tupua Tamasese Lealofi III had to be abandoned when New Zealand police constables and marines from HMS Dunedin and Diomede found themselves outnumbered by his supporters.
