Erebus disaster investigation - part 1

Video footage compiled at the time of the Erebus disaster, largely relating to Operation Overdue. This segment is taken as the investigation nears completion; it includes a lengthy interview with Ron Chippindale, Chief Inspector of Air Accidents, Office of Air Accidents Investigation. He discusses the onsite investigation, further investigations back in New Zealand, and the process for releasing the accident report.

This segment also includes another interview with Chippindale, alongside David Graham, another air accident investigator, Office of Air Accidents Investigation, and Alan Crawford of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
