Carleton-Bennetts memorial plaque, 2009. The plaque was dedicated on 26 April 1998 in memory of three soldiers from the Carleton and Bennetts districts who died during the Second World War. The nearby oak trees have been there for many years. Three nearby trees have memorial plaques attached for men from the district killed in the Second World War
