Replica of Keith Park's Hurricane fighter

Air Chief Marshal Sir Keith Park is commemorated in New Zealand by the Sir Keith Park Memorial Airfield, which houses the aviation section of the Museum of Transport and Technology (MOTAT) in Auckland. Outside the airfield is a replica of Park's Mk 1 Hawker Hurricane 'OK 1' - the aircraft he used to visit airfields under his command during the Battle of Britain. (The markings on the plane are not from this period, though, as the duck-egg green stripe around the rear of the fuselage was not introduced until 1941.)
