Seddonville coal bins

Seddonville coal bins

A view over Seddonville around 1903, with the Westport-Cardiff Coal Company’s bins and coal handling facilities in the foreground. A railway line (from centre) carried coal from the mine to the bins, where is was stored to be loaded onto a train to Westport. The same facilities were used by the Seddonville State Mine.
