Terrace School war memorial

Unveiling of the Terrace School memorial by the Governor General in November 1924. See related report in the Evening Post (PapersPast). This page from 1936 shows the memorial in the background when the new Clifton Terrace School was being built.

This memorial has since been removed, we believe during the building of the Wellington motorway in c 1971. If you can provide any information as to what happened to it, please let us know.
