This war memorial comprises a rose garden and sundial in the grounds of St John's Anglican Church, Woolston in Christchurch. In the rose garden there is a tablet recording the refurbishment of the garden in 1995, the 50th anniversary of the end of the Second World War

The sundial bears tablets honouring the men of the parish who served in WWI and WWII.
