Eliza Jones was born about 1830 in Ireland.
She emigrated to New Zealand and when she signed the suffrage petition she was living with her daughter in Watt’s Rd, North East Valley, Dunedin. (See 163 Katherine Brown)
Eliza died on 1 March 1897 – she is buried in the family grave in the Northern Cemetery.
