Letitia Todd was born in 1864 in East Taieri – the daughter of Charles Todd, a storekeeper, and Margaret Shand. (See 136 Margaret A Todd)
She married Andrew McIntosh Moncur on 1 January 1892 at Tahatika near Owaka and they had five children.
When Letitia signed the suffrage petition they were living in Ratanui, south of Owaka.
They later moved to Heriot where they had a farm and where Andrew died in 1947.
Letitia died on 5 August 1954, she is buried with Andrew in the Crookston Cemetery, Heriot.
