HMNZS Kiwi attacking submarine

Russell Clark, Night action off Guadalcanal - HMS Kiwi and submarine, 30 January 1943.

Official War Artist Russell Clark depicts HMNZS Kiwi attacking the Japanese submarine I-1. The big sub had removed one of its deck guns to make room for a landing craft needed for its new mission of ferrying troops and supplies.
