1981 Anti-Springbok protestors derail Hamilton match

350 anti-tour demonstrators invaded Rugby Park at Hamilton, forcing the Springboks-Waikato match to be abandoned. There were violent scenes as rugby supporters pelted the protestors with bottles and physical scuffles broke out.
